I had to reflect on the wonderfully sunny holidays I had with my family and children,always with our dream of having our own holiday home at an affordable price. Now I live on the Costa Blanca Spain, my dream has become a reality, and I hope that I can turn your thoughts and dreams, as I did, into a reality too.

We are English speaking and are fully conversant with changing aspects of our profession as a whole. We are also able to provide you with accurate information, enabling you to make informed decisions when choosing your property in Spain. In addition, we have established excellent working relations with Solicitors and Notaries to enable you to proceed with your transaction worry free.

Whilst many companies are keen to provide a service to clients up until the point of completion, few carry out a true after-sales service to client satisfaction. We are able to offer a complete service, providing in-depth advice on tax and legal issues, whilst offering competitive finance solutions via Loan and Mortgage products of local Banks for your property purchase.

Our Post-sales service includes furniture buying, organizing insurance, arranging the installation of fittings and being present at the time of moving in to ensure that all goes smoothly. Even after the handover of a property we are available to those clients that might need assistance on any matter. Costa Blanca (English: White Coast) refers to the over 200 kilometres of coastline belonging to the Province of Alicante in Spain. The name "Costa Blanca" was devised as a promotional name used by BEA when they launched their air service (for £38.16s.-) between London and Valencia in 1957.

It has a well developed tourism industry and is a popular destination for British and German tourists. It extends from the towns of Denia in the north, beyond which lies the Costa de Valencia, to Torrevieja in the south, beyond which lies the Costa Calida. It includes the major tourist destinations of Benidorm and Alicante.
