The Advantages of buying with IPG Spain

From your first point of contact to the minute you arrive at the airport we will look after you and take care of all your needs. After leaving the airport you will be taken to your hotel and arrangements will be made to pick you up early the next morning after a good nights rest. Your representative will take you on a short sight seeing tour and show you just some of the properties we have available for you. Then you will stop for coffee and a light bite to discuss the detailed requirements, such as type and price of the property that you have dreamt of so many times before.

Viewing properties amongst the sun drenched orange and lemon groves with the back drop of the mountains behind you and the beautiful blue Mediterranean around most corners is always a reality, hopefully, like me and many more before me you will realise your dream of living in the sun.

With our level of service to our clients, our due diligence processes and diverse property portfolio, much interest has been generated from investors looking for security in an investment property abroad:

There is a tendency for property investor groups to look further afield for opportunities searching for the ‘next big thing’. Whilst the capital returns on investments within such emerging markets are high, so are the risks. However, the Spanish property market is fairing well, taking into consideration the recent reports made by the world press of an imminent ‘market crash”. It is difficult to obtain qualitative statistics for the performance of the Spanish Property Market, although most commentators agree that the “Boom” of recent years peaked more or less in 2004 after a 10 year period of high Capital Growth – it is widely reported that Spanish house prices rose by 174 percent from 1998 to 2006. In 2006 average house prices increased by 9.1 per cent and for 2007 5.8 percent.

This is a general figure for Spain and certain areas such as the Costa Blanca enjoy healthy rates of capital growth. Spain will always be a popular destination for overseas property buyers and, as such, one should not be perturbed by a readjustment in the market since a future upturn in the Spanish property cycle is certain.
